The navigation of StocksQuest is easy and intuitive. The main sections of the site are listed on the top toolbar. Clicking on any of the buttons will take you to the corresponding section. Once in that section, you can click on a second row of buttons, leading you to a subsection. To proceed through the contents of the subsection, you can click the name of the topic on the left toolbar or click on the money shoes that appear at the bottom of each page. Also, you can use the search box at the bottom of the page to find related topics on the site.

Here is a brief description of the sections offered on StocksQuest:

MyStocksMyStocks is the one-stop place where you first register as a user and then create a group or join a group for the stock game. Click here to see a step-by-step illustration.

EducatorEducator gives teachers and students instructions on how to create a class or join a class. You can also look at students' portfolios and rankings of each school worldwide.

ContestsContests allow investment clubs, a group of friends, investment advisors, and large organizations to set up their own customized stock contests. Some contests may offer prizes to winners.

U.S. Market U.S. Market provides you with up-to-the-minute changes of major market indices and share prices of the top 10 U.S. corporations. You will learn about the U.S. stock market and major benchmarks such as the Dow Jones and Standard & Poors, which track overall market performance.

World MarketWorld Market will demonstrate to you, in real-time, global stock market activities, including the top 10 corporations in each of these markets. It allows you to explore many ways to invest globally.

 

Stock GuideStock Guide will introduce to you the concepts of investing in stocks. Beginning with the basics of stocks, it progresses to how to get started and eventually to strategies of trading stocks and mutual funds.

Lesson Plans Lesson Plans for the Global Stock Game (GSG) are down-to-earth and easy to use. Through these lessons, students can gain a better understanding of stock trading that will complement the GSG.
